Dear shareholders!

According to the decision of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Uzekspomarkaz" MKK dated November 24, 2023, an extraordinary general meeting of the Company's shareholders will be held on December 19, 2023, at the headquarters of the Company, located at 107 Amir Temur street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city.

The meeting starts at 11:00. Registration of shareholders will start at 10:00. The registration of shareholders ends at 10:50. The register of the Company's shareholders will be drawn up as of December 13, 2023 for holding a general meeting.

Agenda:

1. On approval of the regulation of the extraordinary general meeting of the company's shareholders;

2. On accepting the obligation of the society to comply with the rules of corporate governance for state-owned enterprises;

3. On making changes to the number of members of the Supervisory Board of the Society;

4. On approval of the new version of the charter of the society;

5. On approval of the new version of the internal corporate regulations of the society;

6. On the election of members of the Supervisory Board of the Society.

In order to participate and vote in the general meeting of shareholders, shareholders must have an identity document, and representatives of shareholders must have a power of attorney issued in accordance with the law.

Shareholders with information and materials on issues to be considered at the general meeting at the building of JSC "Ozekspomarkaz" MKK located at 107 Amir Temur avenue, Yunusabad district, Tashkent, from December 4 to December 18, 2023, on working days from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. can meet.
