RULES OF CONDUCT FOR VISITORS ON THE TERRITORY OF JSC “NEC UZEXPOCENTRE”
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules of Conduct for visitors of the Joint Stock Company “National Exhibition Company Uzexpocentre” (hereinafter – JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre” or “the Company”) regulate the general order of conduct for visitors located at 107 Amir Temur Street, Tashkent, in the pavilions and/or on the territory of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre”.
1.2. Visitors may enter the territory of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre” only through designated checkpoints and may remain there only during the official working hours of the Company.
1.3. The pavilions and the territory of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre” are equipped with a video surveillance system that records visitors and their actions. This system helps to protect the property of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre” and to ensure order and safety on its premises.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR VISITORS
2. Visitors of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre” are required to:
2.1. Enter and drive into the territory of the Company only through designated checkpoints from 06:00 to 20:00 (hours may vary depending on ongoing events).
2.2. If necessary, undergo a security check and personal inspection upon entering, including inspection of hand luggage and personal belongings.
2.3. Take personal responsibility for their own health, life, and property, as well as for the health, life, and property of their children and other persons under their care.
2.4. In case of emergency on the territory of the Company, strictly follow the instructions of the security service and law enforcement authorities.
2.5. Immediately report any unattended items or suspicious objects to the Uzexpocentre security staff.
2.6. When entering by car, present an entry permit issued by the administration, strictly observe traffic regulations on the territory, drive only on designated roads at a speed not exceeding 30 km/h, and park only in marked areas.
2.7. Access to the “EXPO” hotel after closing hours is permitted only upon presentation of a room reservation at the nearest checkpoint to the hotel.
2.8. Treat green areas with care.
2.9. Observe common standards of public behavior and refrain from causing damage to decorations, buildings, facilities, or other structures located on the territory.
2.10. Keep the territory clean and dispose of waste only in designated bins.
2.11. Observe fire safety rules.
2.12. Follow safety rules when near bodies of water (river, lake).
3. Visitors with Children
3.1. Accompanying persons must supervise and control the behavior of their own and entrusted children while on the premises.
3.2. The accompanying person bears full personal responsibility for the safety of the child and for ensuring that the child follows all visitation and conduct rules.
3.3. Children must not be left unattended.
4. Rules for Attending Exhibitions and Other Events
4.1. During business visitation days, age restrictions may apply, as indicated on the official website of the exhibition organizer and at the registration counters.
4.2. Visitors must comply with the organizers’ requirements and with consumer protection and public health regulations.
4.3. Fire evacuation plans are displayed at the entrances to exhibition pavilions — visitors must familiarize themselves with these upon entry.
4.4. The organizer reserves the right to use photos and videos taken at the exhibition, including images of visitors, for promotional purposes.
4.5. Visitors must not appear in a state or attire inconsistent with the business nature of the exhibition or generally accepted moral standards.
5. Prohibited Actions on the Territory of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre”
5.1. Making fires or any other actions that may cause fire or ignition.
5.2. Climbing fences, trees, poles, or walking on lawns and green areas.
5.3. Entering service or technical areas, touching electrical panels or wiring.
5.4. Swimming, diving from bridges, sunbathing in undesignated areas, walking around undressed, fishing, throwing objects into ponds, or approaching water bodies closer than 10 meters.
5.5. Bringing weapons, flammable or radioactive substances, sharp objects, gas cylinders, or any other hazardous materials.
5.6. Using pyrotechnics.
5.7. Littering the territory with household or other waste.
5.8. Conducting staged photo or video shoots without prior approval from the administration.
5.9. Conducting trade, distributing advertising materials, holding presentations, demonstrations, campaigns, meetings, marches, or other promotional events without written permission from the administration.
5.10. Bringing in or consuming alcoholic beverages, drugs, or being under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or toxic substances.
5.11. Bringing animals onto the territory.
5.12. Entering areas closed to the public or using service/technical entrances.
5.13. Riding bicycles, scooters, roller skates, segways, or similar devices on the premises.
5.14. Performing any actions that may endanger property, life, or health of others.
5.15. Writing graffiti, posting or distributing printed, propaganda, or advertising materials.
5.16. Leaving children without supervision.
5.17. Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas.
5.18. Obstructing employees or security staff in the performance of their duties or disobeying lawful instructions.
6. Access Restrictions
Visitors may be denied entry or asked to leave the premises if:
6.1. They refuse to undergo inspection or show personal belongings.
6.2. They are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances.
6.3. They attempt to bring prohibited items onto the premises.
6.4. If necessary, offenders may be handed over to law enforcement authorities.
7. Visitors’ Property
7.1. JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre” is not responsible for personal belongings left on its territory.
8. Visitors Have the Right To
8.1. Request emergency medical assistance if needed.
8.2. Obtain information about events held at Uzexpocentre.
8.3. Walk and rest on the territory.
8.4. Inform Uzexpocentre staff about any shortcomings in event organization.
9. Actions in Case of Emergencies
9.1. All premises of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre” are equipped with fire alarm, security, and audio notification systems (hereinafter “Systems”) that inform visitors how to act in case of emergency.
9.2. Disabling, covering, or obstructing these Systems is strictly prohibited. Any damage must be immediately reported to administration or security staff.
9.3. In the event of emergencies (fire, explosion, natural disaster, terrorist act, etc.), visitors must follow the instructions of security, police, fire, and rescue services, and administration staff.
9.4. Upon noticing smoke or fire, immediately notify staff or security and take measures to assist others and ensure safety.
9.5. The administration reserves the right to immediately close the pavilion or any part of the territory without prior notice if a threat arises to life, health, or safety (e.g., fire, explosion, gas leak, etc.).
10. Final Provisions
10.1. These Rules apply to all visitors of JSC “NEC Uzexpocentre”.
10.2. By entering the territory, each visitor automatically confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these Rules.
10.3. Security staff have the right to warn visitors about violations, ask them to leave the premises, or take other lawful measures to ensure public safety.
10.4. Violations of these Rules or public order shall be subject to penalties in accordance with applicable law.
