Uzbekistan at World Exhibition Forums

The Republic of Uzbekistan as a sovereign state has already taken part in World Exhibitions four times: EXPO 1993 in Taejon (South Korea), EXPO 2000 in Hannover (Germany), EXPO 2005 in prefecture Aichi (Japan), EXPO 2010 in Shanghai (China). By the way, Uzbekistan has being acted as the member of IBE at the EXPO 2000, the EXPO 2005, and EXPO 2010.

Within the work of national expositions at EXPO the National Days of thematic holidays of states-participants are carried out.

According to the results of World Exhibition Forums the exposition of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been awarded with:
• Silver medal of the World Exhibition Expo 1993 in Taejon.
• Bronze prize of IBE at the International Exhibition 2005 in Aichi.
• Certificate of the World Exhibition EXPO 2000 in Hannover and EXPO 2010 in Shanghai

The Republic of Uzbekistan on the way of preparing to the World EXPO 2012 in Yeosu (the Republic of Korea) now.
